TL;DR

Health & Eligibility: Not suitable for seizure disorders, recent major medical events, active immunological issues, pregnancy, or recent psychotic episodes.
Reservation & Payment: $500 USD deposit to reserve; balance due upon arrival.
Refunds: Deposit is non-refundable; no refunds once treatment begins. Rare exceptions may be considered within the first 3 days.
Outings: Recreational activities are not included; any external outing requires a signed waiver.
Visitors & Companions: Family visits allowed if they don’t interfere with treatment; companions may stay for an additional cost, subject to availability.

Reservation & Payment Policy

Reservation Deposit

A $500 USD deposit is required to secure your booking
The deposit is fixed and does not vary with total treatment cost

Balance Payment

The remaining balance is due upon arrival
Payment is requested once onsite and treatment begins

Refund Policy

Refund Conditions

The $500 deposit is non-refundable if you decide not to proceed after arrival
After the ibogaine dose is administered, or if you depart voluntarily after treatment begins, no refunds are issued
Because each reservation blocks one of only three rooms, refunds are not possible under normal circumstances

Exceptions

In rare cases—if treatment has not progressed beyond three days—an exception may be considered at our discretion

Outings & Recreational Activities

Not Included in the Program

Car rentals, sports activities, or independent recreational trips
Excursions outside the center (unless specifically arranged)

Group Outings

Occasionally offered, based on schedule and availability
Participation voluntary; subject to staff approval

Liability & Restrictions

Any off-site outing requires a signed liability waiver
Rental of cars, bicycles, or golf carts is not permitted
The program is focused on recovery, not recreation
